Introduction

A government taskforce has been established to raise community awareness of racial issues. This is a world wide problem and the terms of reference include some understanding of the issues in other countries as well as Australia.
Your group is one of several focussing on the treatment of Australian Aborigines in comparison with the treatment of negros in the United States of America.

Significant Problem

Your group will need to develop an understanding of what it might mean to be black in a predominantly white culture.

Your group consists of four individuals:
1. An Australian aboriginal who is an activist for his people.
2. A reporter from any media who has an interest in the issue.
3. An elected politician from any political party.
4. A spokesperson for another ethnic minority.
